Refund policy

Clay Girl Clayyy has a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Returned items must be in the same condition you received them. 

To start a return, contact me at claygirlclayyy@gmail.com and I will explain next steps. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus $4 for the return shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Please be mindful that, due to the nature of handmade items and due to the irregular nature of polymer clay, minor imperfections may be present on the jewelry.  Imperfections can be part of the beauty of handmade items.  

I do not replace jewelry that has been stained or scratched after it is in your possession. Polymer clay is a sensitive material, so be kind to your pieces! Refer to the Jewelry Care tab for information on increasing the lifespan of your jewelry.
