Refund Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with the jewelry you received or if you ordered the wrong item, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returned items must be in the same condition you received them. The customer will cover the return shipping cost.
Note: If you ordered the wrong item, contact me immediately after placing your order so that I might be able to catch it before it ships and I can issue you a full refund.
To start a return or to inform me that you've placed an incorrect order, contact me at saltbysarahcurtis@gmail.com and I will explain next steps.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus $4 for the return shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Please be mindful that, due to the nature of handmade items and due to the irregular nature of polymer clay, minor imperfections may be present on the jewelry. Imperfections can be part of the beauty of handmade items.
Should something break due to a flaw in design, please contact me. Polymer clay is a sensitive material, so be kind to your pieces! Refer to my Jewelry Care information (under the FAQ tab here on my website) for tips on increasing the lifespan of your clay and metal jewelry.
